صارت مبادرة "الحزام والطريق" التي دعا لها الرئيس الصيني في الآونة الأخيرة محط انظار الصحف الصينية والدولية، والتي تهدف الي التواصل وتعميق التعاون والمنفعة المتبادلة بين الصين ومختلف دول المبادرة، حيث تم تدشين عدد کبير من المشروعات، وخطط للتنمية والتعاون بالأمم المتحدة ورابطة دول (آسيان) والاتحاد الأفريقي والاتحاد الأوروبي والاتحاد الاقتصادي الأوروأسيوى وغيرها من المنظمات، کذلک إقامة مشروعات استراتيجية تنموية لدول العالم، وزيادة رفاهية شعوب العالم. لکن تمثل تلک المبادرة تحديا کبيرا داخل الصين ومؤسساتها الکبرى ولجان التنمية بالحزب الحاکم. وهل سيحقق التخطيط الاستراتيجي لتلک المبادرة الأهداف المرجوة منها أم هناک تخوفات من وجود عراقيل قد تعوقها. فکان لابد من إيضاح التحليلات الاستراتيجية التي طرحتها بعض الصحف الصينية لتلک المبادرة.
